About Loser in John 5's own words:

"Loser’s got some great songs and a great singer. I figure Loser to be the big concert or arena band…an MTV thing. I also wouldn’t mind touring around the country and doing some guitar teaching clinics for Guitar Center. I'm in the middle of a new recording project as we speak!"

"Loser is more of a today, MTV type of thing. Really big hooky songs, great singer and a great band. The singer's name is Joe and he's incredible. It's just great songs like the music I love, like Queens of the Stone Age or Foo Fighters. There's not even guitar solos on this but that's ok because I get to do that on my instrumental stuff. We just did our first show at the Roxy. You couldn't get another body in that place it was so packed. That's going to be the big corporate thing which is fine because that's going to make me able to keep doing instrumental records. What I would love to do when I tour with Loser is to go to Guitar Centers and play the instrumental stuff. Even if 5 people show up. I think people would enjoy that."
